Two Year Swap Out Warranty (Single Phase)

All Harland Simon UPS single phase products up to 3kVA are covered by a two year swap out warranty. Includes parts, transport and labour. |

Two Year On Site Warranty (Single Phase)
|
All Harland Simon UPS single phase products over 3kVA are covered by a two year on site warranty. Including parts, travel and labour. |

One Year On Site Warranty (Three Phase)
|
All Harland Simon UPS three phase products are covered by a one year on site warranty. Including parts, travel and labour. |
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Standard warranty for a replacement or repair is on a reasonable endeavours basis.
| Units above 3000VA: | - Response time to site is normally within 16 working hours although no response guarantee is provided by Harland Simon UPS or its strategic partners.

| Units 3000VA and below: | - Faulty units will normally be replaced within 5 working days.
- We reserve the right to offer an alternative unit of the same or greater kVA rating.
- If an alternative is not available we reserve the right to repair your unit and return it back to you normally within 7 working days.
- Any replacement unit will be provided without manuals/alarm cards or leads - please ensure you keep the existing ones.

Notes
If a reported defective unit is found to have no fault an aborted visit or inspection charge will be made*.
Units that are retuned for repair must be properly packaged and will be at the customer's liability against physical damage.
It is the claimants responsibility to ensure all details have been completed and the form has been returned**
The unit will normally be collected after one working week of dispatch of the replacement UPS***
* £295.00 Inspection Charge/£225.00 for an aborted call out
** Failure to complete this form will result in a delayed response to your request.
